Late claims (after 3 days) won’t be accepted.

3. We may ask for photos of the damaged item
4. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to send it back

💸 Refunds
Once we get the returned item and confirm the issue, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take a few days depending on your bank.

🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
* If the mistake is ours (e.g., broken or wrong item), we pay for return shipping
* If it’s any other reason, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs

❌ Cancellation Policy (Prepaid Orders Only)
You can cancel a prepaid order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, we start processing, and cancellation isn’t possible.
