If you're not happy with your product or have any issues, please contact us. We’ll do our best to resolve your concern quickly.


🎨 Design Disclaimer

Our screen guards might look slightly different from the pictures depending on your car model. These small changes don’t affect the quality or protection.


When Can You Return a Product?

You can request a return or refund only if:

  • The product is broken or damaged, OR

  • It is completely unfit for use

Note:
We do not accept returns for:

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Minor design differences

  • Change of mind


🕒 Report Within 3 Days

Please check your product as soon as it arrives.
If it's damaged or unfit, email us at sumit@gearguard.in within 3 days of delivery.
Late claims (after 3 days) won’t be accepted.


📩 How to Return

  1. Email us at sumit@gearguard.in

  2. Share your order number and describe the issue

  3. We may ask for photos of the damaged item

  4. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to send it back


💸 Refunds

Once we get the returned item and confirm the issue, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take a few days depending on your bank.


🚚 Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the mistake is ours (e.g., broken or wrong item), we pay for return shipping

  • If it’s any other reason, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs


Cancellation Policy (Prepaid Orders Only)

You can cancel a prepaid order within 2 hours of placing it.
After 2 hours, we start processing, and cancellation isn’t possible.

To cancel within the allowed time, email us at sumit@gearguard.in with your order number.
